Mr. Radhesh Pant
Mr. Radhesh Pant is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nepal Investment Board. He is also the President of Nepal Scandinavia Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Nepal and had previously served as a Chief Executive Officer of Kumari Bank Ltd., President for Nepal Banker’s Association and a Managing Director for Bank of Kathmandu. His experiences in the banking and other financial sectors within and outside the country stand him out as one of the prominent figures in the banking and finance sectors. He was also presented with the Top CEO Award 2006 and 2007 instituted by BOSS magazine.
Prof. S.P. Singh, FNA
Prof. Dr. S.P. Singh, a Fellow of Indian National Science Academy (FNA) and the Vice Chancellor of Garhwal University, India, is highly committed to the ecological security of the Himalaya. He has been a Dean of Science Faculty and a Courtesy Professor of Oregon State University, USA, and had also served as a Head of the Department of Botany in Kumaon University. He has published over 150 scientific papers and articles in more than 40 international research journals including prestigious journals like “Ecology” and “Bioscience”.
Mr. David Hircock
Mr. David Hircock, Advisor on Natural Resources to the Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., works internationally in areas of fair and equitable trade and conservation, specializing in supply chain of natural resources. He works with Indigenous people around the world highlighting human rights issues including land tenure and access to natural resources. Often the result of this work culminates in developing equitable business partnerships with Indigenous peoples and farmers in countries, including, Australia, Brazil, Honduras, South Africa, etc.
Ms. Ann Koontz
Ms. Ann Koontz, Technical Assistance Department Director at Relief International, has close to 30 years of experience working with NGOs and the private sector in the U.S. and abroad. She has worked in the development field in a wide range of sectors including agriculture, forestry, energy, water, and ecosystem services products. She has traveled to and worked in more than 40 countries. Her extensive experience in organizational strengthening and training for local organizations and producer groups in Asia, Latin America and Africa encompasses a broad range of areas including enterprise-based biodiversity conservation, market analysis and negotiation between the public and private sectors, as well as certification, monitoring and evaluation.

Bhishma Subedi, Executive Director of ANSAB, has 20 years of experience in participatory conservation and rural development programs, research, policy analysis, university teaching, and networking. He has designed over 40 development and research projects and led the implementation of over 30 projects including those with multiple donors and partners in Asia; developed strategies, methodologies and tools; taught University courses; supervised Masters and PhD research; and monitored and evaluated conservation and development programs. Subedi has received a Ph.D. in Forestry from Kumaun University, an M.S. in Forest and Environmental Sciences from Yale University and a B. S. in Agriculture from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has over 50 published articles, books, practical manuals, guidelines and toolkits, and over 60 research/ technical reports.
