Vacancy Announcement: Receptionist (Re-advertisement)

ANSAB is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and career-oriented female candidate for the position of Receptionist in its head office, Kathmandu. The Receptionist will work under general supervision of the Manager of Finance and Administration (MFA), and will be mainly responsible for the following:

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, fax, scan
  • Handle the visitors and maintain the record of visitors and external inquiries
  • Ensure day to day management and cleanliness of office sites including working rooms, lobby, kitchen, garden
  • Ensure compliance of official rules, regulation and policies
  • Ensure effective management and functioning of office equipments such as photocopy, printer, computer, fax and telephone

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Intermediate / 10+2 Level in business, social science or administrative management
  • Proficiency in the use of information technologies and good computer skills
  • Fluency in both written, verbal  and  typing Nepali and English
  • Some experiences in front desk, secretarial and administrative management
